alone will not sell houses. Price and location are also very important factors.
Before you take a price reduction, consider staging!

- If you are considering reducing your price by $10,000 - $20,000
wouldn't it be better to invest $500-$2,000 in staging? Time is money! Statistics show that staged
homes sell 2-3 times faster than unstaged homes!
- If you haven't listed yet, stage before listing! Those first 2 weeks on the
market are critical. You will get the most traffic in those weeks and you need to come on the market strong. Plus since most
buyers are searching on the internet first, you need your MLS photos to really stand out.
